Biotium Tyramide Amplification Kit with HRP Streptavidin and CF488A Tyramide
Tyramide amplification, sometimes called Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses the catalytic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence in situ. The tyramide amplification method has been reported to increase the sensitivity by up to 100-fold compared to the conventional avidin-biotinylated complex procedure. The kit contains HRP Streptavidin CF488A dye tyramide. The dye has an excitation/emission of 490/515 nm. The kit contains sufficient reagent for 50-150 slides.
Biotium Phalloidin, CF633, 50 U
Phalloidin conjugates are actin filament stains for fixed and permeabilized cells. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Biotium CellBrite™ NIR750 Cytoplasmic Membrane Dye, 2 mM in DMSO
CellBrite™ NIR Cytoplasmic Membrane Dyes are novel near-infrared carbocyanine dyes for labeling the cytoplasmic membranes of living cells. Due to their long emission wavelengths, near-infrared cell membrane stains can be used to label cells for near-infrared small animal imaging studies for non-invasive imaging of cell migration and cell homing. The dyes have long 18-carbon hydrophobic tails and an additional water-soluble group. These unique chemical structure elements make the dyes easy to dissolve while providing highly stable cytoplasmic membrane staining, unlike traditional carbocyanine dyes like DiI, DiO, and DiR, which are often difficult to dissolve or prone to precipitation during cell staining. CellBrite™ NIR750 has an excitation/emission of 748/780 nm.

Biotium Mix-n-Stain™ CF405M Small Ligand Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW 150 -5000) ligands without a purification step. Suitable ligands or substrates include SNAP-tag, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag ligand derivatives that have an aliphatic amine. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. It is suitable for labeling ligands for cell surface staining. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

LysoView™ dyes are fluorescent stains for imaging lysosome localization and morphology in live cells. The dyes accumulate in the low pH environment of the lysosomes, resulting in highly specific lysosomal staining without the need for a wash step. Far-red fluorescent LysoView™ 633 exhibits pH-sensitive fluorescence (Ex/Em 634/659 nm at pH ≤5), further enhancing the specificity of staining.
